Biological Treatment Processes
Anaerobic Treatment Processes
Anaerobic Treatment Processes are applied as the first stage of biological treatment and suitable for highly polluted industrial wastewaters. The process helps the aerobic biological treatment design to be smaller, thus providing energy and space savings for the whole plant. Arbiogaz has implemented proven technologies such as Completely Stirred Anaerobic Reactor, Anaerobic Filter Reactor, Anaerobic Contact Reactor, Anaerobic Sludge Bed Reactor (Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB) and Extended Granular Sludge Bed (EGSB) on more than 30 plants.
Aerobic Treatment Processes
Aerobic Treatment Processes are applied according to customers' needs and specifications, either as a standalone process or following an anaerobic treatment. Arbiogaz successfully applies aeration processes for conventional carbon removal along with nitrification/denitrification systems for nitrogen removal and biological phosphorus removal systems.
Aeration systems manufactured and applied:
• Surface Aeration Systems
• Diffused Aeration Systems
• Jet Nozzle Aeration Systems
Membrane Activated Sludge System (MBR) and Attached Growth Bioreactor
Arbiogaz applies MBR and Attached Growth Bioreactor Systems where space restrictions are present and capacity improvements have to be achieved with minimum revisions to an existing wastewater treatment plant. |
